Michael Land has faithfully created thousands of homes in virtually every size, shape, and style throughout the Metroplex and beyond for over 30 years. Vision and persistence are the essences of the completion of the design process. The company philosophy has been to develop the client’s “wish list” into a functional, livable home.
An experienced staff of computer-aided design specialists helps expedite the completion of the plan as approved by the client. Design projects include new residential construction, renovations, additions, space planning, and small commercial projects.

Michael Land is an Honored Life Director of the Dallas Builders Association and The National Association of Home Builders. He has attained several professional designations including Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Associate, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, and Certified Green Professional. Other registrations and licenses include Texas Real Estate Broker. This broad-based experience helps to create a design with structural/construction integrity and a vision toward future resale appeal.
